It is easy to love those who look, act, and think like you do. But, what about people who are very aggressively different? We are told in the Sermon on the Mount that we are to love our enemies. That might seem like a really impossible thing to do, but what a difference it will make today to love on those with whom you disagree. Blessing those who are our enemies is how God will change them.
There are lots of questions and falsehoods out there right now. Be different… be a person who is truthful. Especially for the person in your life who is struggling. Encourage
them with the truth of the Gospel.
In today’s culture of truth being relative, we tend to make truthfulness relative to who we are with and what is best for the moment. But God is Truth. Today, instead of listening to what the ever-changing cultural pundits say, ask God for His wisdom about a situation that you don’t know what to do about.
