How are you treating others around you today? The Golden Rule says, treat others around you the way that you want to be treated. Would you want to be spoken to or thought about in the same way you are treating that other person? Go ahead, speak to that person the way you would hope they would speak to you.
Do you have any heavy burdens weighing you down today? God wants you to trade them in for life-nourishing bread. Do you have anything that is poisoning you, like a snake bite? Give that anger, bitterness, and hatred to the Lord and let Him turn the snake into a fish. Read Matthew 7:9-11 today and pray that God will transform what is hurting you into a blessing.
God is not a genie whose bottle can be rubbed to get all you want in this life. However, He does desire to bless you and meet all your needs so you can use them to bless others. Today, ask God to bless you so you can be a blessing.
