What are we called to do when life tries to knock us over? What does that mean to you? Standing is one thing, but standing firm is altogether something else? How can you stand firm when the storms of life are battering you? What is promised to you when you stand firm in trials? Today ask God to give you the strength to stand.
Paul had to suffer many trials in his life. Yet God told him to stay at it enjoying God’s grace under trial until the very end.
James 1:2-4
What are we called to consider when under trials of any kind? Why should we do that? What are the God results of trials in a believer’s life? What does it mean that we need to let perseverance finish its course? What are you struggling with right now? Give it to God and ask Him to do his work in your life.

What does God promise a follower of Christ? So what do all your problems mean in light of this? How can you reconcile the two? Are you feeling all alone? What is promised about God? Today, choose to trust God when you are feeling like He is not showing up. He knows what is best and will open the door when you are ready. Prayer: Lord I am choosing to trust you even when it seems like things are not looking good. You know best and I pray that you will open up the way in my life when it is your perfect time.
