How long is eternity? What do these verses tell you about the punishment of hell? What did Jesus teach about hell? Will someone ever be released from hell? Why or why not? Think about someone that has no faith in Christ. Decide today to set up a time to share the love of Christ with that person.

What does the term “sleep in the dust of the earth” mean? Everyone will one day die and be buried. Do our bodies just rot there, end of story? One day there will be a resurrection of your dead body. What differentiates where you end up? Today, for eternity’s sake, decide to live for Christ.
There are few topics in the Bible that have more verses than about eternity. While not a popular topic, the certainty of Hell is very real. This week’s Digging Deeper will take us to the very pit of eternity without Christ.

What does this passage teach as to when we will know for certain where our final destiny will be? How is someone assured eternal life in heaven? Who makes the final decision on where you will end up? Today, lay your sins at the cross of Christ and choose to live for Him.
