Read: Galatians 5:15

What does this verse mean? How have you struggled with backbiting, with using your tongue for not so godly speech? What does the verse suggest will happen to the person who gossip or complains about others at church? Don’t think that by gossipping or backbiting that you will feel better. The opposite is actually true. It will begin to devour (destroy) you from the inside out. Today, pray for that person that you have been ‘biting’. Watch how your relationship with the person changes.

What command is the entire law tied to? How are you doing with loving your neighbor? Anyone that is a thorn in your side? How have you treated that neighbor up to this point? Think about ways that you will humbly serve others this week - especially that pesky neighbor

From what are we called to be free? How are we supposed to use that freedom? How are we not supposed to use our newfound freedom? What sin or attitude are you struggling with today that is chaining you down and causing you to be enslaved? Today, give that over to the Lord.
