Above All Week 6: End of Week Encouragement

Philippians 3:8-10 is a description of Paul in prison because he is a Christ follower. Talk about a time to be discouraged! But, his eyes are on Jesus. And with that focus, there is no loss. He is right before God because of his faith in Jesus Christ. He does not just know about Jesus as a historical figure. He knows Him personally because Jesus rose from the grave and interacts with Paul. Likewise, we can know a living, personal Jesus Christ ,

even 2000 years later. As vs. 11 says, we can one day rise to heaven as well.
