We don’t think about the need to cleanse and refresh our outer bodies. Daily, we wash our face and brush our teeth. But, when was the last time you had a spiritual cleansing? Today, think seriously about spending time alone with the Lord, humbling yourself before Him, and turning away from anything that you know is not aligned with Him. Invite the Holy Spirit to cleanse your soul.
