Who was Melchizedek? Who were the Jews to make their offering through? Priests came from the tribe of Levi? What tribe was Melchizedek from? Why did Abraham give him an offering? Jesus is not from the tribe of Levi either. From what tribe did He descend? Many believe Melchizedek to be an Old Testament visit of Christ. How can Christ legitimately be a Priest?
