Why do people not recognize and receive the light? What is true of those who do see the Light and receive it? What is the great hope of Christmas as shown in verse 14? Have you accepted His grace and truth?

What is it like for a person in despair? Have you ever felt that there is no light at the end of your tunnel? Where does the light return from in times of despair? What frame of mind will God give you to help you get back on track in times of despair? What is the promise to the upright believer? Today, praise the Lord for His light.
