Where does the ability to love someone we don’t like come from? What is true of God’s love toward people who disliked Him? Today, thank God for loving us unconditionally. Thank Him for His example of how to love others. Thank Him for leading you in your words and actions to others that reflect Christ.

Words are cheap. Many of us can muster up the words, “I love you.” But what do these passages suggest needs to be true in how we treat others? How do you want to be treated by others? Then do the same to others. When you speak to another person, be kind, compassionate and loving. What deed of kindness can you share with another today?
