When the Lord returns, how is He referred to? What is true of a thief breaking into someone’s home? What is the purpose of Christ’s return? How should we be acting right now? Who will go through punishment at that time? Why is the follower of Christ immune? Today, recommit to the Lord. Stay alert for His return.
The Bible has a lot to say about the end times and as the night of Tribulation Judgment approaches life gets darker. But we are people of the Day and that makes a huge difference in our outlook. This week we dig deeper into how to encourage one another as we see the night approaching.

What is true of the daytime? Why is it still day in the times of our history? What are we anticipating happening at some point? What will be true at that time? Who will be left in the spiritual nighttime of judgement? In the meantime, when are we supposed to serve the Lord? What are you doing in service to Jesus while it is still daytime?

What is wrong with your thinking about people whom you dislike or even hate? How can you change that attitude? Are you praying for your enemy? You know, it is hard to hate someone when you are praying for them. Ask God to save them from their sin. Ask God to heal their heart and attitudes. Ask the Lord to rain down not just the common grace of rain and sunshine, but His saving grace upon the person who is your enemy.
